What is the difference between the v1 and v2 template formatters?
v1 requires heavier Apex processing, but comes with more out of the box formats for percentages, currencies, HTML, and some other data formats. Our v2 engine offloads most of the heavy processing to our servers, checks for errors before end-users generate documents, and allows for much more flexibility over formatting options and scenarios.
Where can I change the labels within the UI?
Go to Custom Labels in Setup. Most of the end-user labels can be customized for any language.
Where can users find a library of pre-built templates?
We are in the process of building these out before the end of Q1 2026.
How do I clone a template?
