SalesReady is a fully integrated quoting tool for Salesforce. The following are the three main categories of features that are included in the package.
Universal Quote Builder

It is also known as the quote builder.

The SalesReady Quote Container component gets embedded onto any line item object.

The component is essentially a drag-and-drop overlay for extending native Salesforce functionality.

Through simple settings admins can enable or disable actions, columns, buttons, and more.

Users can create records, generate documents, and send for eSignature from the quote builder.

While it is revolved around quoting, it is a helpful tool at the contract, work order, and invoice level as well.
Document Generation

Admins can enable document generation from the quote builder or from custom actions.

Users can generate web, PDF, Word, and PowerPoint versions of a document.

Static document versions are stored as regular Files.

Web document versions are sent securely via the SalesReady Integrated Web App (SIWA).

Documents are initiated from the Salesforce UI, generated within the SIWA, and passed back to Salesforce in real time.
eSignature

Documents are sent to Salesforce Contacts and/or Users from the Salesforce UI to the SIWA.

Transactions, recipients, and statuses are logged against the record where it was sent.

Email authentication can be added to a transaction for additional security.

Recipients can view, download, accept, or reject documents based on permissions given by the sender.

Senders can track the full lifecycle of the document from send to fully executed.
